With hands-on experience in human resource management and industrial operations, Deepti’s team leads a dedicated group of HR and industrial operations professionals who understand the real-world challenges of managing workforce at power plants, construction sites, and infrastructure projects across India.

PeoplePulse was born from a simple observation: industrial companies in India struggle to find one partner who can handle manpower supply, statutory compliance, and technical consultancy together. They end up managing 3-4 different vendors for what should be a unified service. PeoplePulse solves that.

Our Story

PeoplePulse is rooted in India’s industrial workforce landscape. We started with a focused mission: solving HR compliance challenges for power and construction projects — sectors where workforce regulations are complex and non-compliance carries serious consequences. From PF, ESIC, and Gratuity calculations to Workmen’s Compensation and Contract Labour regulation, we built deep expertise in the statutory compliance frameworks that govern India’s industrial workforce. Our understanding of the 4 new Labour Codes — Wages, Social Security, Industrial Relations, and Occupational Safety — positions us as a compliance-first partner for employers navigating this regulatory transformation.

As we worked closely with project teams, we saw a recurring gap — technically skilled professionals struggling with project governance, stakeholder management, and structured execution. That insight sparked our evolution. We expanded beyond HR services to build a Project Management Training vertical, drawing from real industrial scenarios — power plants, EPC contracts, and large-scale infrastructure — to create a program that prepares professionals not just for certification, but for real-world project leadership.

Today, PeoplePulse operates across seven integrated service verticals — from statutory compliance and manpower supply to professional training and motivational programs. Our guiding philosophy remains unchanged: workforce excellence is the foundation of every successful project.
